&lt;p&gt;The Hunter Douglas MBA Development Program offers a recent MBA graduate the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn our business through a real business challenge. This is done by taking ownership of a strategic project that has been selected by our Executive Leadership Team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#39;ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Company onboarding to gain an overview of our company, culture, and values.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Opportunities to connect with other MBA hires throughout the program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead a six month strategic project that is aligned to our big goals for the year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After your six months is completed, you will be be placed into an area of the business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Create a top line growth and dealer strategy for a region, in the context of eventually writing a playbook and scaling the approach nationwide&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2025.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4+ years of professional work experience which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA program, or 4+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roles for this position can be located in any of our major location hubs which may include New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO and Cerritos/Irvine, CA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
