&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Fabric Cutting Machine Operator position is a crucial part of the production process. We are looking for an operator with similar experience that can help cut various types of fabric to feed production lines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is a day shift position that works Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:00pm (OT may be required Fridays and some Saturdays as needed)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#39;ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rolls of fabric that need to cut are about 1ft thick and 16ft long, candidate must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs to load the rolls onto the machine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Will receive the cutting orders in the system and use an RF scanner as needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Will be making several cuts per hour&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must inspect the fabric and ensure the quality of the fabric meets the company&#39;s standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Will be performing certain math equations to ensure the correct fabric sizes are cut&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Will be using the tape measure for each cut&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must communicate any issues with fabric or systems promptly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;All other duties as assigned&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who you are&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout a 10 hour shift&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capable of standing for extended periods of time&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can follow written and verbal instructions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication skills&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
